How Aeroz works, in three layers

Every unit you ship leaves a trail across partners, systems and countries. This walkthrough shows how Aeroz joins it up: an identity on the product, one record across the chain, and proof anyone can check.

Key facts · from the film

Every unit you ship leaves a trail across partners, systems and countries.

One chip, two antennas: NFC for any phone, UHF RAIN to read a whole case or pallet at once.
Identity
No-Encode labels arrive ready to apply, with no encoding station on the line.
Identity
GS1 events in any version, XML or JSON, joined into one history per serial number.
Record
Each event is sealed to the one before it, so a changed or missing step shows.
Record
A tap or portal read at receiving checks each unit; a unit that fails the check is held at the dock.
Proof
Export the full trail as a standard file; recalls find the affected units.

What the film says

0:00Every unit leaves a trail

Every unit you ship leaves a trail. A plant in one country, a packer in another, a warehouse, a truck, a pharmacy. Each one writes down what happened. None of them write it in the same place.

0:14Why a printed barcode can be copied

That's the gap. A serial number tells you a product exists. It can't tell you where it's been, or whether the box in your hand is the real one. And a printed code can be copied. Photocopy the label, and the copy scans exactly like the original. Meanwhile, the rules have changed. Regulators now expect an answer per unit, from every partner, on a deadline.

0:40Three layers: identity, record, proof

Aeroz closes that gap with three layers working together: an identity on the product, a record across the chain, and proof anyone can check.

0:51Identity: NFC + UHF chip, No-Encode labels

Layer one is identity. Inside the label sits a chip with two antennas. NFC, so anyone can tap it with an ordinary phone. And UHF RAIN, so readers count a whole case or pallet at once, without opening anything. With our No-Encode technology, labels arrive ready to apply. There's no encoding station, so nothing slows the line. Each chip holds a secret key that never leaves it. Every tap produces a fresh signature, so a copied tag can be told apart.

1:26Record: GS1 events joined per unit

Layer two is the record. Your partners keep the systems they already run. Each of those systems already speaks GS1. They describe every step as an event: what, when, where, and why. Aeroz reads those standard events, XML or JSON, checks them, and translates them into one shared language. Then it joins them by the unit's identity, so one serial number becomes one continuous history, from commissioning to the pharmacy shelf. Each event is sealed to the one before it. Change a time, or delete a step, and the chain shows exactly where it broke. Gaps show too. If a handoff never arrived, Aeroz flags the missing step before an auditor finds it.

2:14Proof at receiving

Layer three is proof, and it works for everyone who touches the product. At receiving, a tap or a portal read checks each unit against its record. A unit that fails is held at the dock.

2:26Regulator exports and targeted recalls

When a regulator asks, you export the full trail as a standard file, instead of chasing five partners. And when a recall comes, you see which units are affected and where they are now, so you pull only those.

2:39EU battery passport data

For Europe's battery passport, the same record supplies the identity and custody data the passport needs. None of this needs a rip-and-replace. Connect the event feeds you already have. Add the tag to the label you already print. Then prove it, from one dashboard.

2:58Start with a free sandbox or audit

Start in a free sandbox, with four test chips and every outcome. Or book a fixed-fee audit, to see where your chain stands. Identity on the product. One record across the chain. Proof anyone can check. Aeroz. Know where it's been.
